The way to contest a ban is contact Account Administration, no other department can help with this. You can either fill out a webform or email them.E-Mail: wowaccountadmin@blizzard.comWebform:

Either way you need to use the email that is registered with the account. If you are currently using a different email addres than what is on your account, you will need to contact Billing Support to change it.

I suggest you be curteous and patient with them as they will be more apt to help you. Understand also that the process takes awhile. Once you contact Account Administration your request goes in a queue and it can take them a week or more to get to you. |
